Final Design Phase Work Effort (January 2020 – present)

  • Local Officials Meeting No. 1 – held February 2021
  • Community Stakeholders Meeting No. 1 – held September 2021
  • Right-of-Way (ROW) notification letters to affected property owners – mailed February 2022
  • Mailing of parcel maps and descriptions to affected property owners and scheduling of individual meetings with Monmouth County ROW representatives and appraisers – anticipated Spring to Fall 2022
  • Local Officials Meeting No. 2 – anticipated Spring 2022
  • Community Stakeholders Meeting No. 2 – anticipated Fall 2022
  • Public Information Center Meeting No. 1 – anticipated Spring 2023
